Olympic Workforce Development Council
Mike Robinson has resided in Kitsap County for 26 years and has been employed in both the private sector and government industries with a background in human resources and workforce development. He is currently employed with Employment Security Department as the One Stop Operator for the Olympic WorkForce Development Council (OWDC) which oversees the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) under the direction of the OWDC. Mike coordinates the delivery of partner program services at the Career One Stop Centers, ensuring customers are provided with career, training, business, and employment-related services for the WorkSource Career One Stop Centers in Kitsap, Clallam, and Jefferson Counties. Mike does this by ensuring the system and partners provide an integrated system, focusing on continuous improvement and customer-centered design with an emphasis on Universal Access and aligned partner goals.
