Builder/ Remodeler Member: $550.00
A builder/remodeler member is a general contractor whose primary business is single-family home construction, remodeling, land development, multi-family, modular/panel, commercial construction or general contracting. Please note: Builder/Remodeler contractor members are required to hold an active general contractor registration with the WA State Dept of Labor & Industries Associate Member: $550.00
This membership package applies to those companies that support the building industry. For example, architects, flooring, plumbers, painters, and roofers. Please note: contractor members are required to hold an active Specialty Contractor registration with the WA State Dept of Labor & Industries. Associate members also include extended industries, like real estate, title companies, mortgage banking, business consultants, marketing, accounting, or services that are used by subcontractors, suppliers, and any service provider companies.

Affiliate Members are individuals whose company is already either a Builder Member or an Associate Member of the Kitsap Building Association. For example, a real estate company/ financial institution/ broker or insurance agent may have one primary person as a member, and additional people in the office can join at the reduced Affiliate member rate. Affiliates may sit on the board or chair councils, but cannot vote. The yearly fee for Affiliate membership is $287 and is renewable annually as long as the parent company maintains continuous membership with the KBA. It is neither transferable nor transportable. Voluntary Contribution to Affordable Housing Council : $50.00
The Affordable Housing Council of the Kitsap Building Association is the political action committee for the Kitsap Building Association. Contributions are used to support housing-friendly Kitsap County candidates. Voluntary Contribution to the Affordable Housing Council : $100.00

All applications are subject to the approval of the KBA Board of Directors. In the event of a termination of membership in this association, I agree to immediately discontinue the use of its logo(s) in any form and all the member benefit programs. To be considered for membership, a remittance of $550.00 representing my annual dues and a one-time initiation fee of $50.00 accompanies this application.
