Construction experience is earned over time—and protecting that experience is key to a strong, sustainable workforce.
ROII’s new class, Aging Workforce: Protecting Your Legacy Workers, focuses on practical strategies that help employers support long careers in a physically demanding industry while reinforcing a strong safety culture.
This class explores ways to strengthen safety, reduce strain, and keep skilled workers engaged and productive through:
- Jobsite planning and organization
- Ergonomics and task design
- Mentoring and knowledge transfer
- Job modifications and workforce flexibility
- Return-to-work options and financial incentives
At the end of the day, the goal is simple—helping everyone go home safe while preserving the experience that keeps our industry healthy and moving forward.
