We now offer pre-approved ADU plans accepted by multiple jurisdictions in Kitsap County, including Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Poulsbo. Because these architectural plans were developed in partnership with the Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council (KRCC), permitting and review can often move faster than with a typical custom design.

Choose from four professionally designed ADU plans created by Artisans Group architects, ready to use right away. For eligible properties in urban areas of Kitsap County and within the city limits of Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Port Orchard, and Poulsbo, plan use is free when no design changes are made, helping lower upfront planning costs.

The process is simple: confirm eligibility with your local jurisdiction, request the plan set, work with Coval to price and schedule your build, prepare a site plan, and submit permits.

This program helps make ADUs more attainable, faster to build, and more cost-effective for homeowners. For properties outside the free-use areas in rural unincorporated Kitsap County, full plan sets can be purchased directly from Artisans Group.
